We had a lovely stay recently with our kids. The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast – very generous portions cooked perfectly, just what we needed to fuel up for a day of exploring. The rooms were clean and quite spacious too.

My kids wished for a more accessible shower area for little ones.

our stay at the prospect was fantastic! we had a lovely twin room with a high-spec shower and an amazing garden view. the breakfast was a highlight, with great choices and attentive service from val and trish. we loved sitting out on the patio with our tea. plus, plenty of tea and biscuits in the room made us feel right at home!

I had a wonderful stay at Prospect Guest House, where the room offered lovely decor and the breakfast was excellent! Val and Steve were incredibly welcoming hosts. My only issue was the slippery shower, but it didn’t detract from the experience.

Just spent 5 nights here and it was awesome. Our room had a cute little kitchen and comfy sofa. The breakfast was delish, with real butter waiting for us every day. Owners were super friendly and even brought my mum some snacks when I was out. Only downside was a slight trek to breakfast, but it’s not a big deal. Definitely recommend!

The room size might feel snug for those accustomed to more space, which could be a concern for larger families. the shower floor is slippery enough that precautions are necessary, like using towels for stability, which isn't ideal for safety.

we really loved how close it was to everything we needed. val and steve were super lovely n made us feel at home. nice little touches like the tea/coffee tray in the room. the bed was real comfy and breakfast was great! only a short walk to some amazing food places like the indian voujon, which was a total win!

the only thing was that the shower was a bit slippy and we felt like it could use a handrail for easier access. also, we wished we didn't have to keep the windows open all night since we were at the front and it felt a bit unnerving.

I truly appreciated the charming decor throughout Prospect Guest House, which felt warm and inviting. The cleanliness of the common areas was impressive, and I also found the layout to be senior-friendly, making it easy to navigate.

we had an amazin stay at prospect guest house! the room was super clean n comfy, with cute decor that made it feel homely. breakfast was the best, hot n fresh just how we like it. valerie was like the perfect host, bein there when we needed but not in ur face. also, the location is fab, easy walk to town.

the only thing was the main road was a bit noisy if u kept the window open. also, the shower didn't have the best water pressure.
